As we get ready to bid goodnight to #NYFW, here’s a great shot from the Hudson rooftop. Special thanks to our awesome photographer Jeremy Gordon, for providing most of the shots featured on this blog this week. Check out his other work here.
Want him to shoot your band? That’s kind of his favorite thing to do, although he has a newfound love for fashion photography. Obviously.

Some photos from yesterday’s shoot. Karla does make up on Willie and they hang in the Style Closet @the Hudson.

Today we spent some time with bloggers Chuck and Karla. Karla was there as Chuck’s make-up artist, as he modeled for photographer and college pal Gary Wood (or GL-Wood.)

We met up with them in the Style Closet, a designated room at the Hudson Hotel that Julia Jacobson, CEO of NMRKT, outfitted with products from 40 different emerging designers, just for Fashion Week. Fun place to draw inspiration!

Chuck loves being able to work with people he knows, and include friends in projects he’s working on. Chuck told us GL is great at his job, and makes it a cool experience! Check out a few photos from the shoot.

Thanks for the fab feedback Sara!
sarazucker:

thanks to groundlink, the tumblr 20 and i have had car service ferrying us back and forth from shows, saving us from blistered feet, sore legs and overall sweatiness (it’s hot outside — what is up with that?). the cars are clean and timely and the drivers are lovely; on fashion’s night out, nicole and i played air guitar while jude, our driver, jammed out on the air keyboard. in addition, the groundlink iphone app is disgustingly easy to use — just pop in your current address, your destination, pick “ride now” or “ride later” and, bam, done. live in the city? need a ride? download it here.
